On the work front, we began another renovation project and are in the midst of upgrading our ammonia room. is project entails a small building addition with an upgrade to more efficient equipment. These changes will allow Gifford's to run longer production days, and set our company up to handle future growth. What's ahead: e great balancing act — striving for career satisfac- tion while allowing time for a happy home life with my husband and our growing children. My plan is to keep surrounding myself with colleagues much smarter/more experienced than myself to continue to have a successful family business. Advice: Make sure you are truly doing something that you are pas- sionate about. If if you wake up every morning excited to go to work — mission accomplished!
