I have been more involved in lessening the gen- der gap within the industry through many forums reaching women just considering careers and those looking for a career change. What's ahead: Moving my company in a direction that will guar- antee gender and age diversity. I plan to continue to grow my pres- ence as a commercial contractor building quality projects focusing on renovation work. Advice: Work hard and have as much fun as you can.
