The company in April broke ground on the Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurship Complex at State University of New York's University at Albany, a $180-million, 218,000-square- foot building. Consigli is serving as the general contractor for the proj- ect. When complete, the building will be the home of the universi- ty's first-in-the-nation College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity. In September, Consigli broke ground on a $60-million project for the White Plains Institute for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in New York. The 110,000-square- foot facility will consist of 160 beds of skilled nursing. Last May, Consigli was cho- sen to renovate former NECCO candy manufacturing buildings in Boston's Seaport District for industrial and technology giant GE. Once complete, the build- ings will feature a co-working space for manufacturing innova- tion, a career lab for students, office space and a waterfront bistro.
