During his tenure, average SAT scores for incoming stu - dents rose from 932 to 1040, and the school's endowment grew from $1.36 million to $4.28 million. Dean College was ranked 22nd in the 2018 U.S. News & World Report for the Best Regional Colleges' north region, and 15th in the region for Best Value Schools. Muldoon joined UMass after a stint as president and CEO of Central New England HealthAlliance Hospital, part of the UMass Memorial Health Care system. His first hospital CEO role was at age 28, at the now-closed Riverside Hospital outside Detroit. Seven Hills Family Services, an affiliate of the Seven Hills Foundation, was selected by the state's Executive Office of Health and Humans Services in January 2018 to lead agencies across Central and Eastern Massachusetts in coordinating care for 4,500 Medicaid patients. Assumption opened the Tsotsis Family Academic Center in October 2017, a 62,000-square-foot build- ing with 13 high-tech classrooms, seminar rooms, common study spaces, and a 400-seat performance hall and rehearsal room.
