Dartmouth Property Management, the firm managing the property for new owner CB Equities - which purchased the park in October - announced the new tenants in early April. New tenants include commercial janitorial company SCS Building Main- tenance, national temp labor recruiting firm Operica and energy consulting company Colonial Power Group. Worcester State signs deal with UMass Law A new agreement between Worcester State University and the UMass School of Law will allow students to get their bachelor's and law degree in six years. e program shortens a process that normally takes seven years. UMass Dartmouth Chancellor Robert Johnson and Worcester State University Presi- dent Barry M. Maloney announced the agreement in early April. e law school has signed other agree- ments with Becker College, Fitchburg State University and the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Harrington opens first Conn. health facility Southbridge-based Harrington Hospital has opened a new outpatient behavioral health office in Putnam, Conn., the organization's first location outside of Massachusetts. e facility will offer lifespan behavioral health services, counseling and medical management for children, adolescents and adults. Boston Scientific to buy Ohio firm for $50M Marlborough manufacturer Boston Scientific has made its sixth acquisition since April 2017, this time of Ohio esophageal temperature device firm Securus Medical Group for up to $50 million. Waters Corp. plans $215M Tauton investment Milford medical and scientific equipment manufacturer Waters Corp. is planning to build a $215-million fa- cility to support its expanding precision chemistry operation in Taunton. e company's Taunton facility services as a main manufacturing hub of chromatographic equipment used in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, materials, food, and biomedical research applications. Marlborough hospital employees to unionize Mass Memorial-Marlborough Hospi- tal employees totaling 220 will unionize aer a vote on April 10-11. e move to unionize passed by a vote of 137 to 44. e employees are certified nursing assistants; radiology technologists; mental health counselors; secretaries; billers and schedulers; and other support staff, according to the State Healthcare and Research Employees Union.
