KEVIN GROZIO, the senior vice president and chief financial officer at Fallon Health, was elected to a three-year term on the foundation's investment committee. SHEILAH H. DOOLEY, the executive director of Pernet Family Health Service, was elected to a three- year term on the nominating committee. DAVID FRIEND, JANET RICO and PETER STRALEY are new members of the Fallon Health board of directors. Friend is the co-founder of The BDO Center for Health Care Excellence & Innovation and serves as managing director and chief transformation officer. Rico is the assistant dean of graduate nursing programs at Northeastern University and a nurse practitioner at Massachusetts General Hospital. Straley is the former president and CEO of Health New England, a provider-owned HMO in Springfield and has 40 years of professional experience in health care. JOHN P. BUDAJ is the new vice president of information technology at Fallon Health in Worcester. Budaj joined Fallon in 2012 as the senior director of medical economics, data management and reporting. He has a bachelor in business administration and finance from the University of Connecticut and lives in Glastonbury, Conn. ANNAMARIA SALISBURY has been promoted to executive director of Fallon Health's Summit ElderCare program, where she is responsible for strategic planning, policy advocacy, clinical operations and program growth. MARY KAY MYERS has joined Reliant Medical Group's department of obstetrics and gynecology and is welcoming patients in Milford and Worcester. Myers has a medical degree from Northwestern University and completed her residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center. BETHANNE GROCCIA is the new chief human resources officer at Oriol Health Care, which owns and operates Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston and Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center. Mills, a licensed social worker, is Perkins' director of research and innovation. In her new role, she will also support the departments of quality and performance improvement and institutional advancement. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she earned her master's at Simmons College in Boston and her Ph.D. in social work from Brandeis University in Waltham. Mills formerly worked with organizations such as the Massachusetts Mental Health Campaign and Jewish Family & Children's Service. HOLLY CHAFFEE is the new president and CEO of VNA Care, a subsidiary of Atrius Health. Chaffee, a registered nurse, has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and was most recently the president and CEO of Porchlight VNA/Home Care in Chicopee. She is also the president of the board of the Lee Chamber of Commerce and a member of the board of the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce. Chaffee replaces MARY ANN O'CONNOR, who retired after a 45-year career. The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts has appointed new members to its board of directors. SEJAL M. DAGA is a pediatrician at Medical Associates Pediatrics in Leominster, and MARY M. LEE is physician- in-chief of the UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center and chair of the UMass Medical School's pediatrics department. FRANCIS M.
