Frank Leonard President & CEO HOLLY CHAFFEE is the new president and CEO of VNA Care, a subsidiary of Atrius Health. Chaffee, a registered nurse, has more than 30 years of experi- ence in the industry and was most recently the president and CEO of Porchlight VNA/Home Care in Chicopee. She is also the president of the board of the Lee Chamber of Commerce and a member of the board of the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce. Chaffee replaces MARY ANN O'CONNOR, who retired after a 45-year career. The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts has appointed new members to its board of directors. SEJAL M. DAGA is a pediatrician at Medical Associates Pediatrics in Leominster, and MARY M. LEE is physician-in-chief of the UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center and chair of the UMass Medical School's pediatrics department. FRANCIS M. SABA, the former Milford Regional Medical Center president and CEO, was elected the board's chairman. The foundation has two new community members serving on committees. KEVIN GROZIO, the senior vice president and chief financial officer at Fallon Health, was elected to a three-year term on the foundation's investment committee. SHEILAH H. DOOLEY, the executive director of Pernet Family Health Service, was elected to a three-year term on the nominating committee. NICK HARITOS is the new executive vice president of sales and distribution for AIS, a Leominster manufacturer of commercial office furniture and seating. Haritos' three- decade career in management and busi- ness development includes more than 25 ON THE MOVE M O V E R S & S H A K E R S years in contract fur- niture. He has a bachelor from Plymouth State University and a mas- ter from Saint Michael's College in Vermont. MIRIAM SIEGEL is the new senior vice president of human resources at Country Bank. Siegel, who has been in financial services for 26 years, including 21 years at United Bank, has a bachelor in business from the State University of New York at Albany. AL ROSE, the owner and operator of Red Apple Farm in Phillipston, is the new chair- man of the Johnny Appleseed Trail Association's board of directors. Rose is the fourth-generation owner of the farm, which was established in 1912. He and his wife, Nancy, took over the business in 2001 and have since added retail locations at Wachusett Mountain and at the Boston Public Market. ANTHONY J. SALVIDIO, a director at the Worcester law firm Fletcher Tilton, has been elected to the board of the Worcester Regional Research Bureau, a nonprofit conducting independent research and analysis on policy issues in the region. Salvidio is chairman of Fletcher Tilton's commercial lending department and serves on the board of directors for the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce. DAVID FRIEND, JANET RICO and PETER STRALEY are new members of the Fallon Health board of directors. Friend is the co- founder of The BDO Center for Health Care Excellence & Innovation and serves as managing director and chief transfor- mation officer. Rico is the assistant dean of graduate nursing programs at Northeastern University and a nurse prac- titioner at Massachusetts General Hospital.
