HANSCOM FIELD – NORTH AIRFIELD AREA WORCESTER REGIONAL AIRPORT – FOXTROT NORTH AREA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Massachusetts Port Authority ("Authority"), owner and operator of L.G. Hanscom Field ("Hanscom") and Worcester Regional Airport ("Worcester"), invites proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in developing and entering into a lease of facilities at Hanscom and Worcester. The Request for Proposals ("RFP") offers one area for development at Hanscom in the North Airfield Area, (the "Hanscom Development"). The RFP also offers one area for development at Worcester in the Foxtrot North Area, (the "Worcester Development" and together with the Hanscom Development, the "Sites"). In an effort to promote the Authority's goal of concurrent development at Hanscom and Worcester, the Authority favors proposals that provide for development at both Hanscom and Worcester. The RFP offers 110,000 square feet of hangar development including office space at Hanscom and does not include square footage for any associated new aprons for the facilities. The Hanscom Development is accessed via Hartwell Road in Bedford, MA.
