Budaj joined Fallon in 2012 as the senior director of medical economics, data management and reporting. SARAH GUSTAFSON, a Worcester resi- dent and Realtor at Janice Mitchell Real Estate in Holden, has been elected the central regional representative for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors for 2018. As regional representative, Gustafson coordinates association objec- tives and activities and meets with local and regional leadership to discuss real estate industry issues of statewide impor- tance. Gustafson was the president of the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts in 2017 and was its Realtor of the Year in 2014. Marsh & McLennan Agency, a Worcester insurance firm, has made three new promotions. CHERYL HOOPER has been made managing director of property and casual- ty for New England after 14 years with the company. ANNETTE OAKES, who began her career at Marsh & McLellan in 2016 as associate director for commercial lines for New England, has been promoted to manag- ing director of the new-business develop- ment team. BILL DORNHECKER has been promoted to director of placement for New England, in which he will work closely with the agency's new property and casualty business development team as a mentor and leader. McLaren & Associates of Shrewsbury has hired two new certi- fied public accoun- tants and promoted a new manager. GRZEGORZ WENC, who has more than 14 years in public accounting experience, has been promot- ed to strategic tax and forensic manager.
