Her 30-year career in commercial real estate has included investment sales, disposition of surplus corporate properties, sale-leaseback transactions and tenant representation throughout the tri-state area. Robert J. Stillman, former vice president in Aetna's law department, has joined the law firm of Pierce LLC in West Hartford as an of-counsel member. Amanda N. Balboni has been promoted to assistant vice president, internal audit at Bloomfield aeroparts and power-distribution equipment maker Kaman Corp. and Rebecca F. Stath has been appointed assistant vice president, SEC compliance and external reporting. Balboni has served in various roles within Kaman's internal audit department since 2014, most recently leading the department as director, and is a participant in the company's leadership development program. Stath provides leadership for all financial reporting and consolidation activities in accordance with GAAP and SEC rules and regulations. Stath joined Kaman in 2011, serving as internal audit manager prior to her role in financial reporting and compliance. Clement Esposito III and Christopher Schaefer have joined the Glastonbury office of regional certified public accounting firm MahoneySabol. Esposito, a CPA, joined as audit senior. Prior to joining MahoneySabol, Esposito was audit senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Hartford. In this new role, Esposito will perform attest services for various clients in multiple industries while supervising and training staff accountants on his engagement teams. Perry has joined Southington-based COCC, a financial technology company, as manager of corporate risk management. She previously served as the lead bank information technology examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and served with the U.S. Air Force Reserve Inspector General's Office, leading its self-assessment inspection program. Harry Monti has been promoted to senior vice president for Symetra Life Insurance Co.'s group life and disability (LAD) and select benefits fixed payment medical businesses, effective April 1. Monti, currently vice president, LAD operations, will continue to be based in Symetra's Enfield office. He succeeds Craig Raymond, who is retiring.
