McDonald focuses on business and real estate property law, and represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, landlord-tenant disputes, land use and development, and other property issues. McDonald received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School and a bachelor in environmental studies from Clark University. She serves on several area boards, including the Worcester Regional Research Bureau and the Greater Worcester Community Foundation. Rollstone Bank & Trust of Fitchburg has made three promotions: WAYNE CARNEY, who joined the bank in 2008 as a financial advisor, has been named senior vice president, financial advisory and trust officer. He has a bachelor from UMass Amherst and has been a licensed financial advisor for over 23 years. ERIN NANO was named senior vice president of credit. He has a bachelor from UMass Amherst and has more than 20 years of banking experience. RAY GAGNE is now the facilities manager. He has held various roles at RBT since joining in 2001. JOHN MOSHER is the new vice president of energy storage at Solect Energy of Hopkinton. In his new role, Mosher leads Solect's new Energy Storage Division, which was announced last fall in a partnership with NEC Energy Solutions of Westborough. Mosher, who lives in Hopkinton, was previously Solect's vice president of design and engineering. JUDY PATTERSON of Paramount Realty Group in North Grafton is the new president of the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts. Patterson, a member of the association since 2002, is a director at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Other officers of the Central ON THE MOVE M O V E R S & S H A K E R S Mass. group were sworn in with Patterson in November: president-elect TRACEY FIORELLI of Janice Mitchell Real Estate in Holden; vice president ERIKA HALL of Keller Williams in Worcester; secretary LESLIE STORRS of Century 21 North Shore in Leominster; and treasurer MICHAEL DELUCA of Coldwell Banker in Worcester. ANNAMARIA SALISBURY has been promoted to executive director of Fallon Health's Summit ElderCare program, where she is responsible for strategic planning, policy advocacy, clinical operations and program growth. Salisbury, who has worked for Fallon since 2010, has a master in public administration from the University of Rhode Island and lives in West Warwick, R.I. EVAN BEDARD and TOM BROWN are new account executives for the Worcester Railers. Bedard, who graduated from Springfield College in 2016 with a degree in sports management, joins the team after spending 19 months as a marketing and ticketing assistant for the University of Hartford. Brown graduated from Becker College in 2016 with a degree in business administration with a concentration in sport management. Brown, a two-year member of Becker's men's ice hockey team, was promoted from a team intern for the Railers. JERRY ALDERMAN has been promoted by the Marsh & McLennan Agency to be the Worcester company's president of the New England region, leading the property and casualty and employee health and benefits divisions. Alderman joined the agency in 2014 as New England property and casualty president, and has more than 35 years of insurance experience, specializing in domestic and global commercial insurance. ALEX MOORADIAN is the new chairman of the board of directors for Jericho Road Worcester, an organization supporting Worcester-area nonprofits through a group of volunteers. Mooradian joined Jericho Road Worcester's board in 2015. He is an immigration attorney at the Worcester law firm Glickman, Sugarman, Kneeland & Gribouski. JODY STARUK and PHIL BRAULT have been promoted to project executives at Consigli Construction in Milford.
