Randhawa joined BlumShapiro's West Hartford office in 2011 as a member of the firm's litigation services and business valuation group. She will lead the firm's forensic accounting and bankruptcy practices. Randhawa has extensive training in forensic accounting, litigation support and bankruptcy and specializes in assisting counsel in complex fraud investigations. Kevin J. Riexinger and Olivia Tawa have joined the law firm of Seiger Gfeller Laurie LLP in West Hartford as associates. Riexinger's practice focuses primarily on the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation. He represents insurers in complex coverage disputes, including cases involving allegations of extra- contractual liability and unfair claim settlement practices. Tawa practices primarily in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation. Specifically, she regularly represents condominium associations, retail stores and other commercial establishments in civil litigation involving personal injury claims. Allison Standish-Plimpton has been promoted to senior vice president and business banking team leader for KeyBank's Connecticut and western Massachusetts market. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, she will lead local bankers focused on providing financial services to companies with revenues up to $10 million. Standish-Plimpton joined the former First Niagara Bank in 2011 as a business banking relationship manager, transitioning to KeyBank through its acquisition of First Niagara in 2016. She previously held business banking and middle market lending positions with TD Bank, the former NewAlliance Bank, and UPS Capital. Patrick Goudy has been named senior vice president and director of financial planning and analysis for Webster Bank. He reports to Webster CFO and Executive VP Glenn MacInnes. Goudy has more than 17 years of financial planning and analysis experience. He previously served as financial planning and analysis executive at GE Capital's headquarters in Norwalk. He also led strategic projects tied to GE Capital's disposition of $200 billion in assets from 2015 to 2017. Lawrence E. Keenan, director of engineering with Hamden-based Hoffmann Architects, has been promoted to senior vice president; Maureen J. Dobbins, director of business development, has been named vice president and is now an officer of the firm; and Rachel A. Mesite, senior finance coordinator, has been appointed corporate secretary and also is an officer. Keenan, a licensed structural engineer and registered architect, has more than 25 years of experience in structural engineering analysis and rehabilitation design. An owner of the firm and manager of technical staff in the Connecticut office, Keenan marked 20 years with Hoffmann last May. Dobbins, with more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development for architectural services and an owner of the firm, will celebrate her 10th anniversary with Hoffmann this year. Mesite, as corporate secretary, is responsible for recording and maintaining documentation in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and for implementing decisions made by the board of directors and the executive committee. David Montano has joined the brokerage team at Hartford-based commercial real estate firm Sentry Commercial. Montano, who started at Sentry Commercial in October, will initially serve the company's industrial clients in the northwest sector of Greater Hartford. John Lucarelli and Gloria Purdy have joined the executive leadership team at Hoffman Auto Group in East Hartford as vice president of finance and director of talent engagement, respectively. Lucarelli, a CPA, brings 21 years of experience to his newly created position and will report directly to the CFO.
