HEALTH • Winter 2017 25 DESIREE RALLS-MORRISON has been appointed as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Boston Scientific in Marlborough, effective Nov. 30. She will be a member of the company's executive committee, which includes providing legal counsel across the company's global businesses and functions. She succeeds Timothy Pratt, who said in April he is retiring from the company. KERI MORAN is the new assistant director of nursing at Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Holden. The Spencer resident has a bachelor in nursing from Fitchburg State University and has been a registered nurse for 22 years. Pernet Family Health Service has elected three new members to its board of directors: DONALD HAMMAN, formerly of Teradyne, PIERRE TELEMAQUE of Saint Vincent Hospital, and ROSSIE TORRES STONE of Clark University and UMass Medical School. Each was elected to a three-year term for the Worcester nonprofit agency, which provides health and social services for disadvantaged families. RANDY TREMBLE of Gardner is the new food service director at Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston. He has a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu and began his career as a chef for the Navy in California. DR. ALLISON BECKLER is the new medical director at YOU Inc., a Worcester behavioral health and education nonprofit agency. Beckler, who has been at YOU Inc. since 2015, attended the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her adult psychiatry residency and child psychiatry fellowship at UMass Medical School. KARA J. LEVINSON was promoted to director of nursing at AdCare Hospital in Worcester. Levinson has been with AdCare for 12 years, most recently as nursing supervisor. The Palmer resident has a registered nurse license from Brockton Hospital School of Nursing and a bachelor's in nursing from South University in Georgia.
