Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine in Portland hired Rebecca Wright as director of development. Wright was previously as director of development for Good Shepherd Food Bank of Maine. Camden National Bank hired Melanie Wendell as vice president, mortgage loan officer and Kevin Boggs as mort- gage loan officer in its residential lending department. Wendell was vice president, mortgage loan officer at Gorham Savings Bank while Boggs was a senior mortgage loan officer at Hampton Bay Mortgage Co. Verrill Dana, a law firm in Portland, hired attorneys Hale Melnick and Alexander Porter as associates. Both Melnick and Porter previously served as summer associates at the firm. The Maine Department of Labor in Augusta hired Nina McLaughlin as director of pol- icy and legislative affairs. McLaughlin was previously communications director for the Maine GOP. Central Maine Healthcare in Lewiston hired David Tupponce as executive vice president and president of Central Maine Medical Center, and Lynn Budlong as vice president of physician services. Perkins spent the last five years as the cham- ber's marketing and events manager. Consumers for Affordable Health Care promoted Julia Underwood to interim executive director. Underwood was previously associate director of the organization. Community Concepts Inc. in Lewiston promoted Glen Holmes to president of its subsidiary, Community Concepts Finance Corp. Holmes has been with the organization since 2012 and has more than 25 years of experience leading an array of for profit and not- for-profit organizations. Penobscot Community Health Care in Bangor promoted Megan Sanders to vice president of human resources and general counsel. Sanders was vice president of human resources and associate general counsel.
