The facility is part of the en- ergy company's $41.5 million Lewiston Loop project begun in 2016. Rainbow Federal Credit Union in Lewiston rebranded as Dirigo Federal Credit Union. The National Science Foundation awarded the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance in Augusta and its partners at the University of Maryland's Center for Environmental Sciences, Harvard University, Oregon State University and University of Wisconsin Madison $1 million to link arts centers and science communica- tion to get Maine's girls excited about STEM careers through Augmented Reality. All sites chosen for this project will be in the state of Maine. Boothbay's Route 27 roundabout nears completion A roundabout on Route 27 in Boothbay is nearing completion and other building projects in that vicin- ity are in the works. e Boothbay Register reported that investor Paul Coulombe purchased much of the nearby real estate along Route 27 near the roundabout, including the former Clipper Mart for $1.8 mil- lion, and is renovating the mart, which will be called the Boothbay Village Market. "I didn't really want to buy it," Coulombe told the paper, of the mart. "I just wanted to clean it up and create the new entrance to the community."
