LLC, for 82 Hanover St.; and Barrett Made, a design and building fi rm, for 65 Hanover St. Developer Nathan Szanton and Bayside landowner Ross Furman are being recommended to buy and develop a parcel at 178 Kennebec St. N O T E W O R T H Y S O U T H E R N The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency awarded a $630,000 grant to the Casco Bay Estuary Partnership, which is housed at the University of Southern Maine in Portland to go towards efforts to reduce nutrient pollution, protect and restore key habitats and improve resilience and community education around the Casco Bay Watershed. Atlantic Federal Credit Union in Brunswick changed the name of its insurance division from Abenaki Insurance to Atlantic Federal Credit Union Insurance. The Portland Museum of Art wel- comed the Black Tie Co. in Portland as the museum's exclusive cater- ing and food and beverage service provider. The University of Southern Maine in Portland received $263,938 through the U.S. Department of Education's Veterans Upward Bound program, designed to help veterans who are the fi rst in their family to attend col- lege develop the skills necessary to succeed in postsecondary education programs.
