Fundraising Events/Opportunities • The Annual Lori Lajoie Charity Golf Tournament, each August, needs sponsors, donors, auction items and volunteers. • The Annual New Beginnings Golf Tournament, each May, needs sponsors, donors, auction items, volunteers and golfers. • The Annual AbilityFest 5K Run/Walk, each October, needs sponsors, donors, volunteers, walkers and runners, as well as vendors and exhibitors. • Text ABILITY to 243-725 to provide Community Connections opportunities to children and adults with disabilities looking to access social, recreational activities in their communities. • Donate at any time at sevenhills.org Volunteer Opportunities The Annual AbilityFest 5K Run/Walk needs 120+ volunteers to ensure a successful event. The event is held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.; some volunteering can be done in shifts. Seven Hills Pediatric Center seeks eligible volunteers for its Kuddler program: the opportunity to rock, kuddle and comfort the Center's babies and toddlers with profound disabilities. Programs in the ASPiRE! affiliate are always seeking a wide array of specialists on-site to volunteer their time to teach and socialize with participants. Seven Hills' Family Support Centers in Worcester, Fitchburg and Sturbridge fill their event calendars with trainings, information sessions, workshops, creative activities, etc., with a call to volunteer experts in various fields to bring their knowledge and talent on-site or out in the community. Giving Opportunities • Online donations gratefully accepted year-round at sevenhills.org • Text ABILITY to 243-725 to provide Community Connections opportunities to children and adults with disabilities looking to access social and recreational activities in their communities. • Donation remittance envelopes are inserted in the Annual Report and biannual Horizons newsletter. • Seven Hills Foundation sends out an annual appeal in late fall. • Seven Hills Foundation seeks and submits grant proposals for funding for all affiliates and their various programs. • Donations of school and medical supplies, as well as clothing, gratefully accepted by Seven Hills Global Outreach (SHGO) for partners in eight developing nations around the world. • Donations gratefully accepted for the Lori Lajoie and New Beginnings Charity Golf Tournaments as well as AbilityFest 5K Run/Walk. • Seven Hills ASPiRE! Workforce Readiness & Employment Program seeks partnerships with local businesses to establish competitive employment opportunities. • Seven Hills ASPiRE! seeks volunteer opportunities in the local communities of Devens, Milford and Worcester, Massachusetts – come share your talents!
