Available to businesses located in New
Hampshire and businesses intending to
locate in the state, and who pay quarterly
taxes into the NH Unemployment Trust Fund.
Businesses making voluntary (reimbursable)
contributions are not eligible. Local, county
and state political subdivisions are not eligi-
ble for the program. The Community College
System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) is a key
partner to the Job Training Fund, as well as
the vendor of first resort.

A free, federally funded program to help
job-seekers and career builders improve
their skills and add two nationally recognized
credentials to their resume. It is comprised
of a three-week course, completely free to
participants, offered almost monthly on New
Hampshire Community College campuses.
Participants attend 60 hours of classroom
instruction in a simulated workplace setting.
The program is a partnership between the
Community College System of New Hamp-
shire (CCSNH), the New Hampshire Depart-
ment of Resources and Economic Devel-
opment (DRED) and the NH Department of
Employment Security. It is funded through the
New Hampshire Job Training Fund.
