I started with the company in an apprenticeship-style role and was given the opportunity to move around to various departments within the MTC facility. Moving to various departments gave me the opportunity to learn from the most talented people working in the industry. The knowledge they shared with me helps me in my current role as a CNC Programmer. During this seven-year time period, Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies has encouraged me to continue my education. I completed my bachelor's in Business Management in 2014 and am currently working on my MBA through Southern New Hampshire University. I plan to continue growing within the company and learning from the talent that exists here."
