We have an amazing teamwork-based culture and we have a lot of fun. The company supports training and advancement, and offers a great benefits package. We build a lot of cool things like robots used in surgery and submersible robots designed to work under water. We also make several different medical devices as well as explosive- detecting systems used in airport security. Our customers are high tech companies that design robots, medical devices, and communication equipment. It's great working with such smart, creative, innovative people creating world-changing technology. Manufacturing includes many different kinds of jobs, from sales and project management, to IT, manufacturing engineering, and fulfillment. We almost always have open entry-level positions. We are willing to train folks who are a great fit for our company and culture, and have several training programs to help you develop your career within Cirtronics. Come grow with us! We don't have a formal internship program, but we do hire a lot of students, especially during the summer. Contact us! Let us know your interests and let's see what experience we can create for you! Fresh fruit Tuesdays! Popcorn Wednesdays! A fitness center, paid volunteer time, tuition reimbursement, and a great benefits plan including insurance, retirement, vacation and profit sharing. Our company actively participates in giving back to the community by offering paid volunteer hours to all of our employees. We also donate to many different local organizations, and we participate in local charity events from fun runs to golf tournaments. Serving the environment is essential to our core values. From cleaning up roadsides, changing the kind of forks we use in the cafeteria to the parts we use in products – we try to minimize our impact on the environment. This summer, Cirtronics welcomed 17 summer interns to the family! We actively recruit high school and college students, and we truly value the insights, contributions and energy our younger colleagues bring to the company. In the words of one of our summer students, we're an organization that provides a service to the community and its customers. Cirtronics understands taking care of and providing for its employees and beyond. Our summer interns learn the importance of working as a team member, the critical role every position plays in the manufacturing process, and how our corporate culture sets a standard for a enjoyable work environment and profitable business.
