Morris Co., a manufacturer of miniature screws and nuts. Production of those products will immediately shift to Swissturn's Oxford facility. Swissturn called the acquisition a natural fit because the company uses screw machines for production. Wayland woman indicted for $30K nonprofit theft Wayland resident Vickie Paine, 55, has been indicted for stealing $30,000 from nonprofit water supply manager South Royalston Improvement Corp, where she served as treasurer. Paine, who was responsible for collect- ing water fees, allegedly wrote checks to cash, which were signed and endorsed by Paine, withdrawing cash from SRIC accounts and transferring money from SRIC accounts into her personal account. The move adds capacity to the firm's trust and estate department. Attorney Michael Lahti, one of five certified elder law attorneys in Rhode Island and one of 24 such attorneys in Massachusetts, joins the Worcester firm with his law partners, Mia Lahti and Stephen O'Neill.
