PATRICK GAUTHIER is the director of business operations for Maxim Healthcare Services and has a bachelor in business administra- tion from Bryant University in Rhode Island. NAJELA CLEMENT of Framingham is a quality assurance specialist for Takeda Pharmeceuticals with 10 years of experi- ence in the biopharmaceuticals industry. DAVID H. SMITH is a new trustee at Anna Maria College in Paxton. The Millbury resident has more than 25 years of experience in financial and operational man- agement and is the CEO and treasurer for the Washburn- Garfield Corp. He has a bachelor in accountancy and master in taxation from Bentley University. Anna Maria has also appointed three existing trustees to new positions. JOHN J.
