Hilton Hartford team goes 'over
the edge' for charity
Heidi Ferris, human resources manager, and
Christy Sidavong, event manager, of the Hilton
Hartford, participated in the Shatterproof
Challenge. The challenge required participants
to raise money for the opportunity to rappel
down the 22-story Hilton Hartford. The event
raised over $250,000 for Shatterproof, a
national organization committed to protecting
children from developing addictions to alcohol
or other drugs.

the founding of the firm 40 years ago, in 1977.

celebrated the 40th anniversary at its annual
summer picnic.
