LAURIE NELSON, the president, is also the exec- utive director at Christopher Heights, an assisted living community in Webster, and an adjunct professor at Quinsigamond Community College. The director is CAROL PORRA, an active member since 1994. The vice president is MAXINE CARTER-LOME, the owner and publisher of Weathervane Enterprises Inc., the pub- lisher of Guide to Brimfield and others. The other members are: BRENDA M. BIANCULLI, a certified public accountant in Charlton; BRENDA LACAIRE of North Brookfield, who owns Steve's Collision Center; SUE TARASIAK, an accountant and Worcester State University graduate; JILL MOTYKA, an adjunct professor at Bay Path University and manager at Dress for Success Worcester; BLAINE SCHNARE, the marketing manager at Harrington HealthCare System; and LINDA GOODBRAND, an account execu- tive at Frontier Communications. ROSIE FAYARD is the new executive director at Learning First Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to sup- porting the Seven Hills Charter Public School in Worcester. Fayard, a Worcester resident, has a master in management and organizational leadership from Springfield College and a bachelor in NELSON communications from Bridgewater State University. She has nearly a decade of experi- ence in nonprofit work, including a recent role as director of develop- ment for the West Suburban YMCA in Newton. ANDREW J. DUDKA is the new vice president of operations at Universal Window and Door in Marlborough. Dudka has more than 30 years of operational and management experience in manufacturing environments for a number of global firms, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Teradyne Connection Systems. Dudka holds an MBA in finance and operations from Boston University and a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Riverdale Mills, a Northbridge manufacturer and distributor of welded wire mesh fab- rics, has hired several new managers. JEN STOWIK of Sutton has joined the company as quality assurance manager, overseeing compliance of safety, quality and reliability procedures, maintenance, and customer requirements. LUCAS MUNTZ, a Worcester Polytechnic Institute graduate, is a new project manager responsible for reviewing product designs and analytical functions, and meeting customer require- ments. MARK BEATY of Dudley, is the new production superintendent, supervises and coaches employees on the manufac- turing floor and manages inventory. MICHAEL GLYNN is the new commu- nity lender for Main Street Bank cover- ing Northborough, Westborough and Southborough. Glynn, of Westborough, has been at Main Street Bank for over 12 years, most recently as a consumer lending coordina- tor and mortgage closing coordinator. Southbridge Credit Union has hired new additions to its management. JORDAN D. HOY is now the senior vice president of commercial lending and services, and JO-ANN SANTELLI is the commercial credit and operations manager. Hoy, who lives in Sturbridge, has been a commer- cial lender, regional manager, develop- ment officer and department head in vari- ous community, regional and national financial services organizations for nearly 25 years.
