With Trask as area manager and Decrow as sales manager, they represented the air power, pump group, portable power and air tool and hoist divisions of Ingersoll-Rand. Trask sold his share of the business in . New CEO at Maine Center initiative George Campbell has been named interim CEO of the Maine Center for Graduate Professional Studies, replac- ing Eliot Cutler who resigned e ective Aug. . Cutler served two-and-a-half years as CEO of the University of Maine System's ambitious plan to put several graduate programs under one roof in Portland. Campbell, who has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, currently serves as president and CEO of the University of Southern Maine Foundation. He will retain that role as he assumes his duties as the Maine Center's interim CEO. In an Aug. letter announcing his resignation, Cutler said that he had completed what he set out to do when he took on the assignment of bringing the graduate law, business and public service programs together. N O T E W O R T H Y S O U T H E R N The U.S. Department of Transportation awarded $990,500 to the Portland Shipyard to replace an aging and outdat- ed mobile boat hoist with a new 330-ton mobile boat hoist with technological im- provements to enhance its capabilities to serve Portland's eet. The project is part of the shipyard's modernization ef- forts to improve safety and ef ciency. Hussey Seating Co. in North Berwick recently completed a seating replace- ment at the University of Notre Dame's 80,000-seat football stadium. The com- pany replaced aging wooden bleachers with its Perma-Plank, a durable roll- formed steel plank with Notre Dame Blue Perma-Cap bleacher covers.
