Farmer was previ- ously head teller and lending consultant. David Rice Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington promoted David Rice to interim lead hospitalist. Rice was providing weekend coverage at hospital in addition to providing patient care at Franklin Health Intown Medicine, which will continue. North Yarmouth Academy appointed Christopher Lorenz, Barbara Marr, Drew Oestreicher and Betsy Tod to its board of trustees. Lorenz is president of Pine Capital Asset Management, Oestreicher is vice president, senior client advisor at Spinnaker Trust and Marr and Tod are parents of academy students. Pine Tree Society, an organization in Bath serving Maine children and adults with disabilities, named Chris Comora to its board of directors. Comora is operational e ectiveness director at Unum. The Maine Bankers Association in Boothbay Harbor elected Andrew Silsby as chairman and Patricia Weigel as vice chair. Silsby is president and CEO of Kennebec Savings Bank and Weigel is presi- dent and CEO of Norway Savings Bank. In addition, elected to the executive committee for three- year terms expiring in June were: Lawrence Barker, president and CEO of Machias Savings Bank; Scott Conant, president and CEO of Damariscotta Bank & Trust Co.; and Charles Petersen, president and CEO of Biddeford Savings Bank.
