In 2007, southern Maine welcomed a new neighbor — Gosnell Memorial Hospice House. Built specifically to provide high-quality care for people near end of life, Gosnell has been a home away from home for more than 6,000 patients and their families. Its doors are open to anyone needing acute hospice care, regardless of their ability to pay. Inside, a team of trained professionals — physicians, nurses, aides, chaplains, social workers, and volunteers — provide continuous care so no one is alone or in pain. Like any home, upgrades are necessary to maintain a modern, healthy environment. In honor of Gosnell's 10 year anniversary, we invite you to make a meaningful gift to help ensure our home is there for others, now and for decades to come. For a private conversation about your giving, please call Kristin Melville, Development Director, at 207-289-3658. Your gift will support: • Direct care for patients and families • Patient room and public area upgrades • Volunteer recruitment and training • Trail of Memories patio and garden maintenance • Medications, supplies and equipment needed to relieve pain and symptoms Did you know.... 180 US RoUte one, ScaRboRoUgh, Me 04074 www.hospiceofsouthernmaine.org Did you know....
