Rondeau joins The Hartford from Nationwide Private Client, where she served as senior vice president of national distribution, sales, marketing, underwriting and risk solutions. Rondeau is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent. Deborah J. Costantini, Robert A. Marsoli Jr., Nicholas J. Moroniti and Alison B. Hoffmann have accepted ownership stakes in Hamden-based Hoffmann Architects, an architecture and engineering firm specializing in the rehabilitation of building exteriors. Costantini, senior architect; Marsoli, senior engineer; Moroniti, information technology manager; and Hoffmann, communications manager, join 11 company executives who became shareholders in previous years. As joint owners, they will share responsibility for the firm's success with the other owners and with John Hoffmann, who will continue as majority shareholder. Timothy J. Sullivan, senior vice president/ wealth management; Paul E. Sullivan, first vice president/wealth management; and Christopher M. Peters, vice president/wealth management have all joined the West Hartford office of Philadelphia wealth management firm Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. Collectively known as the Sullivan Investment Group and previously affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors, they are joined by Janice Kycia, senior registered private client assistant. The Sullivan Investment Group specializes in retirement plan services for small businesses, corporations and nonprofits. Kevin E. Baldwin, co-managing director of B & L Financial Architects in Hartford, has been elected to a three-year term on the board of directors for the Society of Financial Service Professionals, effective Sept. 1. Baldwin has more than 40 years' experience in the financial services marketplace and is past president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals' Hartford chapter. William A. Irvine has joined Newfleet Asset Management, an affiliate of Virtus Investment Partners Inc., as senior managing director and head of institutional business development. Irvine has more than 25 years of financial services industry experience focused on institutional fixed income strategies and consultant and client relationship management, most recently as managing director leading institutional business development for RBC Global Asset Management. Dr. Iftikar Ali has been promoted to medical director for the Greater Hartford area of American Family Care (AFC) and Donna Lovallo has been promoted to regional director for the region. Ali will serve as medical director of three AFC urgent care walk-in centers in New Britain, Vernon and West Hartford. He brings experience in urgent care and family care. Lovallo will serve as administrator of the AFC urgent care walk-in centers in New Britain, Vernon and West Hartford. Lovallo has experience working in a range of medical settings, from emergency rooms at large hospitals to smaller medical offices, and joined AFC Urgent Care in West Hartford in 2013. Mark Twomey and Patrick Hebda have been named director of enterprise sales and director of small to midsize business field sales, respectively, for Comcast Business in the company's Berlin-based western New England region. Twomey is responsible for overseeing the sales of integrated data and voice solutions to enterprise and midmarket customers in the region. With his promotion to director, Hebda is responsible for overseeing six sales teams that sell Comcast Business services, including data, video and voice, to small and midsize businesses across the region. Craig LaFiandra, vice president of UnitedHealthcare's strategic accounts operations, has been appointed to the board of directors of The Governor's Prevention Partnership, a statewide nonprofit public- private organization aiming to curb youth violence and substance abuse. LaFiandra, who joined UnitedHealthcare in 2002, leads sales operations for strategic accounts with responsibilities for relationship strategies, business planning and marketing, and communications. Thomas Salimeno, a professional engineer, has joined BETA Group Inc.'s Hartford team as an associate with 30 years of experience in the environmental engineering field. Christopher Koelle, a Connecticut licensed environmental professional, has joined engineering and environmental consulting firm Tighe & Bond in its Middletown office. Koelle is a project manager with 19 years of experience providing environmental consulting services for large and smaller- scale projects, including environmental assessment, hazardous building material surveys, site development and redevelopment of brownfields.
