"During the short time I've been working at Allied, I've had the opportunity to learn many different manufacturing processes. Early on, I was asked to run the milling department, which involves scheduling, programming and doing set-ups for milling. One of the most interesting, although challenging, tasks has been programming with computers. I really enjoy my responsibilities and want to build a career. The nice thing about manufacturing is that there are so many different avenues you can take."
