We utilize advanced tooling and digital knife cutting technology for a wide variety of flexible, non-metallic materials. As a trusted partner to many companies, we provide solutions to conceive and develop mission critical components for their design. ISP concentrates in precision die cut components made to customers' exact specifications. These range from point-of-care diagnostic test strips and components for leading edge medical devices, to high performance specialty seals and gaskets. Annually, we manufacture over 15,000 different custom components at various volumes. ISP has over 1500 customers globally, including many Fortune 500 companies in the health, science and electronics industries. We partner with many companies with disruptive innovations, helping them bring their technology to market and through production. Job opportunities vary throughout the organization as needs become apparent. Recent career opportunities include machine operators, pack and ship operators, warehouse management, tooling engineering and quality system management. Our ISO 13485 Quality Management System sets us apart from many of our competitors, therefore strong attention to detail and quality is a key trait that we look for in our potential team members. Not at this time, although our growing culture may look to develop one in the future. Our employees have the opportunity to cross-train throughout the organization and grow to different areas of manufacturing. We offer training courses and opportunities for specific education where individuals are interested in growing their role at ISP. Our organization is involved in the community through the Worcester Art Museum, American Red Cross, The Hanover Theatre, United Way and the 15-40 Connection, in addition to many local youth organizations. We encourage our team to participate in local community events. As we grow and increase our production, we have partnered with companies that help us recycle and repurpose the materials that we are die cutting. Additionally, we have updated all lighting to LED for energy savings. As we become aware of new opportunities for energy savings, we promote the changes throughout our organization. During the past 12 years, ISP has provided me with the opportunity to learn and grow. I have mastered the operations of many of the machines throughout the facility, and am now the Lead Quality Technician, and it is fantastic! From a quality standpoint, I have a better understanding of the entire manufacturing process. It is also very satisfying to know that what we do at ISP is so important to the world, and our components are life-changing for so many people that use the end products."
