The Finance Authority of Maine in Augusta approved loan insurance on two loans totaling $3.6 million by Androscoggin Bank to Dubba LLC, a real estate holding company, for the pur- chase of land and construction of a new boat manufacturing and maintenance fa- cility in Belfast. The property, located at 101 Front St., is currently occupied by a related operating company, FSS Inc., do- ing business as Front Street Shipyard. Clyde Bergemann Bachmann Inc., an Auburn supplier of dampers, expansion joints and exhaust systems, was ac- quired by private investors and will once again be known as Bachmann Industries Inc. Prior to the acquisition, the company comprised the air-gas handling division of the multinational Clyde Bergemann Power Group, who acquired Bachmann Industries Inc. in 2009 and renamed it Clyde Bergemann Bachmann. New Dimensions FCU in Waterville an- nounced it now offers Kasasa rewards checking accounts.
