The 31-year-old building on 1.79 acres offers truck access, loading docks and parking for more than 30 vehicles. 5K sq. ft. Newington space to let There is 5,000 square feet of industrial- flex space for lease in a Newington indus- trial building. The building at 181 Pane Road has three drive-in doors, 20-foot ceiling heights, and a fenced yard with permitted outside stor- age, said listing broker Reno Properties Group LLC. The facility is ideal for warehouse/ distribution, manufacturing/assembly or light industrial, Reno said. Enfield industrial listing A 57,361-square-foot Enfield industri- al building is available for sale or lease, brokers say. The 49-year-old building on 12.79 acres at 21 Manning Road has four docks, one drive-in door and 1,200- amp/480 volt power, according to listing broker Sentry Commercial. It has 64 parking spaces. The asked sale price is $1.4 million. The asked rent is $3.75 a square foot. W. Hartford industrial price cut The asked price has been cut 10 percent, to $675,000, on a 10,365-square-foot West Hartford industrial listing, brokers say. The 37-year-old building on 0.73 acres at 11 Sherman St. previously was on the market for $750,000, said listing broker Sentry Commercial. The building, with 4,080 square feet of air-conditioned office-engineering space, 18-foot clear height, and one dock door, is home to machine-tool distributor Apostle & Nelson Inc., Sentry said. $475K Manchester listing Several units totaling 8,000 square feet in a Manchester industrial condominium are for sale at $475,000, brokers say. Units 6, 7 and 8 in the 26-year-old con- struction-block building at 130 Utopia Road, offer high-bay warehouse space with two docks and one drive-in door, according to listing broker Sentry Commercial. $875K New Britain offering A 14,981-square-foot flex building in New Britain is on the market at $875,000, brokers say.
