Quinn was previ- ously branch manager and lead cus- tomer associate at People's United Bank in Bangor, Muncey was with Bank of America and White was an assistant branch manager and banking center manager at Camden National Bank. The Maine Department of Labor in Augusta hired Hancock Fenton as chief hearing o cer and director of the Division of Administrative Hearings in the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation. Fenton most recently served as deputy counsel and advised Gov. Paul R. LePage on matters relating to the departments of Public Safety and Corrections. Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice in Lewiston hired Patricia Zabell as chief clinical o cer. Zabell has more than years of health care experience. Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution hired Tammy Tracy as a business bank- ing o ce supervisor at its Portland Business Banking O ce, Chad Boucher as a nancial operations manager and Brett Cragg as a senior network support specialist. Tracy previously worked as an assistant branch manager and direct lending specialist for the New England Region with NBT Bank, Boucher was a nancial analyst at TDBank and Cragg has more than years of experience working in IT with various companies. The Republican National Committee hired Joe Turcotte as its state director in Maine. Turcotte was the political director for the Maine Republican Party. MaineGeneral's Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care in Augusta hired Byung Kim and Rachit Kumar as members of its medical oncology department. Kim recently completed a hematology/ oncology fellowship at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, R.I., while Kumar completed a hematology- oncology fellowship at Georgetown University/MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. WinterKids, a non- pro t in Portland that encourages out- door winter activity for children, hired Mary-Theresa Tringale as manager of special events and sponsor- ships. Tringale is president of the board for the Maine Women's Conference and an events management consultant for various greater Portland events. The Maine Small Business Development Centers, a statewide program that helps entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses, hired Shannon Byers as business advisor in its Bangor o ce located at Coastal Enterprises Inc. Townsend Real Estate in Cape Elizabeth hired Mary Roy and Kate Kerkam as sales agents. Foothills Management, a property man- agement company in Farmington, hired Nicole Mathieu as bookkeeper. Mathieu was previously a book- keeper for Intercoastal Concrete and Waterproo ng in Freedom. CBRE|The Boulos Co. hired Nick Lucas as an associate. Lucas was previously a history teacher and assistant dean at Hyde School in Bath.
