The 24-unit Mar-Lea Park Apartments at 57-69 Varga Road and the 34-unit Wood- lawn Apartments, 80 Bicknell Road, both in Ashford; and the 32-unit Wood's Edge Apartments, 264 Mount Hope Road, were included in the deal, said listing broker Northeast Private Client Group, which said it brought the buyer to the table. The trio offer residents access to the UConn Storrs campus in Mansfield. Harvest Properties on June 13 sold the trio to Connecticut investor Axela Group, the broker said. $169K Meriden listing A 4,878-square-foot retail/residential building in Meriden is on the market for $169,000, brokers say. The property on 0.15 acres at 320 East Street is available immediately, said list- ing broker Sentry Commercial. The building contains 1,835 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The second and third floors are in the early stages of renovation into four residential units, Sentry said. $55K Manchester price cut For the second time in three months, the asking price has been reduced on a 13,034-square-foot industrial facility in Manchester. The price is now $690,000 for the prop- erty on 1.22 acres at 23 Sanrico Drive, down from $745,000 previously, said list- ing broker Sentry Commercial. As previously reported, the 29-year-old building also has 2,300 square feet of offic- es, two dock doors and one drive-in door. The property was first listed for sale in 2016 at $795,000. $490K Manchester listing An 8,000-square-foot Manchester industrial condominium is for sale at $490,000, brokers say. The property in units 6, 7 and 8 at 130 Utopia Road, near I-84, has a 3,000-square- foot office, plus high-bay warehouse space with two docks and one drive-in door, said listing broker Sentry Commercial. Hartford/Pratt St. lease Operators of Night Sky Hookah Lounge have leased 1,392 square feet on down- town Hartford's Pratt Street. The former home of Masis Staffing Solutions at 95 Pratt St. is being renovated for a late summer opening, said the build- ing's exclusive lease broker Amodio & Co. Real Estate. The building also has a variety of retail and office suites available for leases. Trumbull Tower Management LLC owns and manages the building. PSA's Plainville renewal Pediatric Services of America (PSA) has renewed its lease on 5,000 square feet in a Plainville office building, brokers say. PSA re-signed for the space at 146 New Britain Ave. with landlord Cooke's Corner LLC, said broker Amodio & Co. Real Estate. PSA is lead tenant, occupy- ing about half the building. Also, newcomers NIKTOR, a custom computer applications developer, and employee-benefits adviser True Benefit each signed for 1,250 square feet of space in the building.
