The undeveloped tract at 270 Woodland Ave. is surrounded by new construction, including the bottling plant and other resi- dential-commercial developments, said list- ing broker Sentry Commercial. 270 Wood- land Avenue LLC is the owner. The site's utilities include natural gas, water and sewer. Other neighboring businesses include Bradley International Airport, Amazon, Kaman Corp., Otis Elevator, Pepperidge Farms and the future Trader Joe's warehouse. Glastonbury price cut The asking price on a two-lot, 5.79-acre commercial parcel in Glastonbury has been cut 9 percent, to $795,000. Located on a cul-de-sac on Sequin Drive, next door to Projects Inc. and abutting Heico Inc., the parcel is close to the highway and is zoned for a variety of uses, including office, manufacturing and warehousing. It was originally listed on the market two years ago for $875,000. The Estate of Geraldine Depersia and the Estate of Janet Beckmann are the own- ers. Sentry Commercial has the listing. Cheshire space A Cheshire office building has 2,100 square feet available at $20.50 a square foot, brokers say. The 35,000-square-foot building is at 55 Realty Drive. The full-gross lease includes utilities and amenities, among them a large kitchen and meeting space, a park-like setting and extensive parking, said listing broker Bark- er Specialty Co. GHAR occupies new HQ The Greater Hartford Association of Real- tors has relocated to its new West Hartford headquarters building on New Park Avenue. Comprised of licensed central Connecticut Realtors, GHAR bought the 24,000-square- foot, two-story building at 430 New Park Ave., on the Hartford-West Hartford border, in May 2016 for $1.15 million. The building at one time housed an auto dealership, and later served as administra- tive headquarters for CTfastrak during the period in which the state was constructing the busway link between downtown New Britain and downtown Hartford. GHAR was previously housed in Cor- porate Center West, 433 South Main St. in West Hartford. GHAR says its new home's vacant ground- floor space is available for lease. Goman + York Property Advisors is listing agent. $695K Bloomfield industrial A 29,886-square-foot Bloomfield indus- trial building is on the market for lease or for sale at $695,000, brokers say. Built in 1958 on 1.81 acres at 14 Tobey Road, the manufacturing building features two dock doors, one drive-in door, 3,750 square feet of office space, and is located in Bloomfield's Enterprise Zone, said listing broker Sentry Commercial. An "enterprise zone'' designation means the property owner and business tenants qualify for certain state and local property- tax and other incentives. The lease rate is $3.95 per square foot. It has parking for 40 vehicles. Novarr Enterprises LLC is the proper- ty's owner. USA Mechanical extension USA Mechanical LLC has extended its lease on 5,000 square feet for the privately held vendor's heating, ventilation and air-con- ditioning (HVAC) operations in East Granby.
