DF LLC bought the building on 4.44 acres at 9 Belden Road from Richard R. Jones, said seller's broker Sentry Commer- cial. Avison Young represented the buyer. New York state forklift and heavy con- struction equipment dealer Liftech previ- ously was a tenant, Sentry said. $1M N. Britain listing A 34,046-square-foot New Britain com- mercial-industrial building is on the sales block for $1 million, brokers say. Aside from its air-conditioned flex space, the 3-acre property at 151-155 John Downey Drive has ample parking and easy access to Route 9, said listing broker Reno Properties Group LLC. Cheshire Professional Park leases Eight tenants have signed or renewed office/medical space leases covering 7,500 square feet in The Cheshire Profes- sional Park. The three-building, 22,228-square-foot campus is on 2.58 acres at 408-426 High- land Ave. (Route 10) in Cheshire. Cheshire Professional Park LLC is landlord. Automated Systems, suppliers of mobil- ity and identification systems to the health- care and horticulture markets, has renewed and expanded into 1,764 square feet. Aim Consulting renewed its 1,802-square- foot lease to house its engineering, account- ing, research and management services. The Law Offices of Anthony DePaolo LLC renewed its 980-square-foot lease. Two clinical psychologists — Alan M. Smirnoff and Harry L. Goldstein — renewed their leases on 737 square feet and 415 square feet, respectively. Tax-audit specialist Robert Iannucci re-signed for 606 square feet; Dr. Claude Niciase re-leased 212 square feet. The Massage Studio signed for 991 square feet. $328K N. Britain office listing A two-story New Britain office build- ing is for sale at $328,000, brokers say. Built in 1957, the 4,852-square-foot building rests on a quarter acre at 582 West Main St., in the city's West End, said listing broker Reno Properties Group LLC. The first floor offers flexible space that could accommodate retail, Reno said. The second floor houses a full kitchen and a bath. Berlin Turnpike space There is about 22,000 square feet of retail space for lease in a Berlin Turnpike retail center in Newington, brokers say. The vacant space in the Ann & Hope Curtain and Bath building at 2631-2691 Berlin Turnpike can be subdivided into 7,300 square feet, says leasing broker Reno Properties Group LLC. The rent is $9 per square foot. Other tenants include Honey Baked Ham, Pier 1 Imports, MattressFirm, Len- scrafters and Dinette Depot. Wallingford distribution lease Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) has leased approximately 15,000 square feet of warehouse-distribution space in Wallingford, near the North Haven border.
