The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) is celebrating its 40-year record of educating women business
leaders with a launch of a tuition-free fifth-year Master's Degree for incoming 2017 undergraduate
Business Management and Accounting majors. Qualified students will earn an M.S. in Management, and
Accounting majors will also be able to complete all eligibility requirements for the CT state CPA exam.
USJ President Rhona Free remarked:
" This opportunity provides students both an undergraduate and graduate degree — two degrees
for the price of one. USJ's '4+1' dual degree program is unique in Connecticut and is another
distinctive way we prepare our students to become successful professionals in their chosen
field of work and growing sectors of the regional economy."
