The division is responsible for In- surity's Insurance Enterprise View data and analytics product for insurers. Letho, who works in Insurity's Hartford office, has managed more than 30 property and casualty system implementations across 11 countries and has 15 years of executive and product management experience. Adams & Knight announces PR hiring, promotion Adams & Knight, an Avon-based integrated mar- keting agency, has hired Josh Silverman as its new director of public relations and promoted Emily Pan- gakis to senior public relations strategist. Silverman will help Adams & Knight's clients navigate the evolving communications landscape, including how to develop and tell stories in the digi- tal world. Silverman's background includes media relations, reputation management, crisis commu- nication, social media, executive communications, public affairs and employee communications. Silverman has nearly 20 years of experience cre- ating and executing PR campaigns and most recently was public relations manager at United Technologies in Hartford. Pangakis has worked in the agency's PR depart- ment since 2012, supporting clients across a variety of industries. Pangakis is responsible for developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies that support clients' business objectives. Retired CT Superior Court judge joins Pullman & Comley LLC Michael E. Riley, who retired in May from the Connecticut Superior Court after 13 years of ser- vice, has joined Pullman & Comley as a member. He will be based in the firm's Hartford office in the al- ternative dispute resolution practice, accompanying retired judges Robert L. Holzberg, Lynda B. Munro and Anne C. Dranginis. Riley served as the administrative judge and as presiding judge for civil matters in the Judicial Dis- trict of Windham and most recently as the media- tion judge in the Hartford Judicial District Mediation Center. Riley also serves as a mediator and arbitra- tor in state and federal court civil matters and is a former trial attorney with 28 years of experience. Mintz + Hoke appoints public relations account executive Avon marketing agency Mintz + Hoke has ap- pointed Caroline Lee as public relations account executive. Lee will contribute to a variety of ac- counts and apply her previous agency experience to grow the public relations practice at Mintz + Hoke. Lee has almost a decade of PR experience, includ- ing agency and in-house roles, most recently spear- heading the PR department at Market Mentors LLC in West Springfield. Goodwill elects new board officers, directors The board of directors of Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut, which serves six coun- ties and 103 towns in the state, has elected new officers and directors. William J. Mallin, former vice president, strate- gic planning and program management for Stam- ford-based Purdue Pharma LP, was elected chair- man; Suzanne Baldasare, partner in the law firm of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney and Carpenter in Southport, was named vice chairperson; John Os- taszewski, former vice president, treasurer of Ap- plera Corp. in Norwalk, was elected treasurer; and Sean Kane, principal of CompanyKane, a marketing and advertising firm in Shelton, was elected to serve as board secretary. CT Water Service elects directors Shareholders of Clinton-based Connecticut Water Service Inc. have re-elected three directors: Mary Ann Hanley, Richard H. Forde and Ellen C. Wolf. Their terms expire in 2020. Hanley is an attorney, assistant to the president of St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, part of Trinity Health New England, director of the hospital's endowment fund, and liaison for government and community alliances. Forde is a retired senior vice president and chief investment officer of Cigna Corp. Wolf was senior vice president and chief finan- cial officer of American Water Works Co. Inc., the largest investor-owned U.S. water and wastewater company, from 2006 until her retirement in 2013. Construction Solutions Group promotes two executives West Hartford-based Construction Solutions Group, which provides owner's representation, pro- gram management, construction administration and consulting services for educational, institutional and commercial projects throughout New England, has promoted Roger LaFleur to chief operating officer and Christopher Cykley to vice president. LaFleur will manage internal company operations. He has been in construction for the past 40 years as a builder, general contractor and developer and has worked exclusively in school construction for the past 20 years.
