Lippert was pro- moted from the role of client relation- ship partner and is based in Worcester. HELDER MACHADO and RICHARD A. SHEILS, JR. joined the board of trustees at Millbury Savings Bank. Machado is president and CEO of Machado Consulting, a Worcester information-tech- nology firm that he founded in 2001. He is also a lieutenant colonel in the Army National Guard and a 29-year combat veteran, who served with the Third Infantry Division in Iraq. He is a graduate of Community College of Rhode Island, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, the Rhode Island Military Academy Officer Candidate School, the Army's Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, and the Joint Forces Staff College at Norfolk. He lives in Sutton with his family. Sheils is a partner at Worcester law firm Bowditch & Dewey, where he concentrates in commercial finance, cred- itors' rights and banking law. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Dayton School of Law. He lives in Holden with his family. AMY LANG joined the board at Dress for Success Worcester. Lang is a graduate of Williams College and Harvard Business School, currently serving as vice president of talent management and engagement at Staples. Previously, she held various lead- ership roles at Staples and has worked for American Express and Bain & Co. She lives outside of Boston with her two daughters and husband.
