Hayes was previously director of commercial lending while Martin was information systems manager. Sappi North America, a producer and sup- plier of diversifi ed paper and packaging products, announced the combination of two key business units, packaging and release, and that Deece Hannigan was promoted to vice president for the newly expanded packaging and special- ties business and Rick Skoglund to vice president, coated business. In addition, Beth Cormier, vice president of research, development and innovation, expands her responsibilities to include coated paper, packaging and specialties paper. Sebasco Harbor Resort in Sebasco Estates promoted Melissa Morbillo to resort manager. The Maine Warden Service in Augusta pro- moted Jeffrey Beach to chief pilot. Beach was previously a game warden pilot. Gov. Paul R. LePage promoted Wade Merritt to state director of international trade at the Maine International Trade Center. Merritt was previously vice president. Clark Insurance in Portland promoted Joshua Ellis and Joshua Fifi eld to senior account executives in its business insurance department. [ A P P O I N T M E N T S ] Penobscot Community Health Care in Bangor announced that Meredith Jones joined its board of directors and will serve on its Pediatric Center Fundraising Campaign Committee. Jones is the former president and CEO of the Maine Community Foundation. Riding to the Top Therapeutic Riding Center in Windham elected Carissa Robb, senior vice president of TD Bank, to a three-year term on its board of directors. Robb will also serve as treasurer and chair of the organiza- tion's Finance Committee. Town & Country Federal Credit Union in Scarborough added Monique Gorey to its board of direc- tors. Gorey was an ed tech III in the guidance offi ce of the Scarborough School Department. Preti Flaherty, a law fi rm in Portland, announced that attorney Greg Hansel was appointed to the Florida Bar's antitrust- and trade-regulation law certifi cation committee. Hansel is a trial lawyer in complex business litigation. Thomas College in Waterville elected Michelle Hayes and Greg Savard to its board of trustees. Hayes is a principal at Smith Kjedgaard & Hayes Human Resource Solutions while Savard is vice president of product strategy at Tyler Technologies. Infi nity Federal Credit Union in Portland elected Sam Norvick as chair and Kate Caron as vice chair of its board of direc- tors. Novick is president of HUB Furniture Co. while Caron is a licensed real estate agent working for The Real Estate Network. The American Red Cross of Maine announced that Denise Dryzga was added to the orga- nization's board of directors. Dryzga is manager of produce for Hannaford Supermarkets. Coastal Enterprises Inc., a Brunswick- based mission-driven investor spe- cializing in rural economic develop- ment in Maine and the United States, announced that Angela Butler, John Dorrer, Charles Rudelitch and Miriam Shark were named to its board of direc- tors. Butler is the senior vice president, commercial services for Katahdin Trust Co. in Bangor, Dorrer is a labor econo- mist and consultant focused on human capital development, Rudelitch is exec- utive director of the Sunrise Economic Development Council in Machias and Shark is an independent consultant.
