Sikorski oversees the 225,000-square-foot Shops at Mohegan Sun and also will be involved in the di- rection and strategic planning for all future retail and tenant opportunities at Mohegan Sun. Agnello will lead a team focused on sponsor- ships for special events, concerts, Connecticut Sun and New England Black Wolves Lacrosse games at Mohegan Sun. Agnello comes from Phoenix, where she most recently represented radio sales across the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL as network audio sales manager for Skyview Networks after serving as ex- ecutive vice president of partnership development for the Phoenix Suns NBA team. Hinckley Allen names partner among two additions in Hartford Hinckley Allen has named Robert J. Anthony a partner in its healthcare practice and Matthew Saunig to its corporate and business practice, both in the Hartford office. Anthony brings more than 20 years of experience to Hinckley Allen, including representing hospitals, health systems, medical group practices, and other for-profit and tax-exempt healthcare organizations locally and throughout the U.S. Anthony comes from Brown Rud- nick, where he led the healthcare law group. Saunig focuses on general corporate and trans- actional matters and was most recently associate counsel at Woodbridge Group of Companies LLC. Fuss & O'Neill promotes two in Manchester office Engineering firm Fuss & O'Neill in Manchester has promoted Adam Barbash to vice president and shareholder in the firm's environmental practice and Kristen Solloway to vice president and partner of the Manchester office. Barbash was previously an associate at the firm and also is manager of the environmental compli- ance and design department. Solloway joined the firm 20 years ago and has held multiple positions, including senior project manager and associate. As vice president, Solloway is responsible for ensuring Fuss & O'Neill's quality- control policies are met and promoting high-quality work. Solloway is the first woman shareholder and one of several women leaders at the firm. Cronin adds brand manager, accountant Glastonbury-based marketing agency Cronin has hired Nicole Butler as brand manager and Nathalie Cote as staff accountant. Butler previously worked for Sublime Communi- cations and Cote previously worked for Accounting Resources Inc. Webster names CFO for HSA Bank Webster Financial Corp. announced that Gregory S. Madar has been named chief financial officer of HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, effective in May. HSA Bank provides consumer-directed health savings accounts. In his newly created role, Madar will oversee finan- cial performance analysis, budget and planning, con- trollership and financial management for HSA Bank. Goldberg Segalla welcomes lawyer Law firm Goldberg Segalla has added associate John O. Sheehy to its professional liability practice group in Hartford. Sheehy focuses on professional liability defense, and also has experience handling general and product liability matters. He was previously with Morrison Mahoney in Hartford. Murtha Cullina LLP welcomes associate in healthcare group Murtha Cullina LLP has welcomed Julia P. Bois- vert as an associate in its healthcare practice group in Hartford. Boisvert assists hospitals, physicians, physician practice groups, social-service providers and other healthcare providers with a variety of regulatory and business issues. United Way names director of marketing communications United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut said Chris McNally has joined its team as director of marketing communications. McNally will develop and implement a strategic, integrated marketing commu- nications plan to achieve fundraising, volunteer and advocacy-engagement objectives. McNally joins United Way following seven years at CÜR Media, where he most recently served as vice president of marketing and strategy. Seagull appointed DCP commissioner The state's acting Consumer Protection Commis- sioner Michelle Seagull has been appointed to the role on a permanent basis by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy. Seagull, a Glastonbury resident, has served as dep- uty commissioner of the agency since 2011, and as acting commissioner since Jonathan A. Harris stepped down from the position last month. Move UP! was launched in 2011 to improve adult-learning curriculum and efforts in Connecticut. • • • Jim Williamson, president of the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain, has recently announced his retirement. During his 12-year tenure, Williamson man- aged the Founda- tion's "First Years First," early child- hood development initiative. Since its estab- lishment in 2005, First Years First has made nearly $2 million in grants to a wide variety of local early childhood development programs.
