The property consists of 45 two- and seven one-bedroom units on 1.53 acres. $1.1M Farmington sale A three-story Farmington office building recently sold for $1.1 million, brokers say. Second Foundation LLC bought the 9,860-square-foot building on 1 acre at 21 Talcott Notch Road from SCEN Inter- national LLC, said seller's broker Sentry Commercial. CBRE represented the seller. Enfield industrial space A 23,640-square-foot Enfield industrial building is for lease, brokers say. The 35-year-old metal building, which contains about 3,000 square feet of office space and whose heavy power and air con- ditioning throughout can accommodate manufacturing, is on 2.93 acres at 176 South Road, according to Hartford listing broker Sentry Commercial. The asked rent is $5.50 a square foot. Lyon & Billard's Berlin relo Berlin's Lyon & Billard Lumber Co. has relocated its Home Design Center to town. It now occupies 9,600 square feet at 1272 Farmington Ave., housing its retail store, power-equipment sales and service, and a lumberyard occupying about 0.75 acres in the rear. Formerly Center Hardware, family owned Lyon & Billard made major renova- tions, including the creation of the Design Center, which was previously in an adja- cent town. The hardware store is still in place, but it is now in a smaller space in the rear section of the building, said Chris Edge, Berlin's economic development director. They have five Connecticut locations: Berlin; Cheshire; East Hampton; Meriden; and Plainfield. $1.3M Enfield listing A 13,350-square-foot, single-story Enfield office building is on the market with a $1.3 million asking price, or $97.38 a square foot, the listing broker says. Built in 1982 on 3.72 acres at 174 South Road, in the Enfield Memorial Industrial Park, and formerly fully leased to Energy Sav- ing Research and Consultancy (Enernoc), the Class B building is ideal for a single occu- pant owner/user, according to CBRE-New England. The building will be sold vacant.
