In 2012, Enterprise moved its headquarters to nearby Boylston to accommodate significant growth. Recently, the company opened a second office in downtown Worcester. Stephen Buchalter, President & CEO, says, "It's important that Enterprise maintains a strong presence in Worcester. We have experienced a 25 percent growth in Worcester and the Central Massachusetts area in the last year and are focused on adding to our Worcester base." "This worked well for us in the past. We will again provide cleaning-related news and recognize the employee of the month," Buchalter says. "There will also be a contest in which clients can win special prizes, such as front-row seats to the Hanover Theatre, as well as other prizes." Recently, Enterprise partnered with one of the largest suppliers of paper goods and offers clients an assortment of hand soaps, trash liners, paper towels and other office supplies. "This program gives clients access to any product that Home Depot offers at a significantly reduced price," he says. "Clients can order through the Enterprise website and products will be delivered right to their office." This year Enterprise is transitioning to "…automation, which will make Enterprise more efficient," says Buchalter. Supervisors will carry iPads that contain a set of building specifications and cleaning needs for each customer. "These devices will enable the supervisor to monitor the cleaners and ensure the job is done well," says Buchalter. The program has been implemented in a couple of accounts and will be rolled out account-by-account later this spring. Enterprise has also joined Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. "Our Facebook page features a cleaning tip of the day, which has gotten a lot of positive feedback," says Buchalter. Keeping with long-standing tradition, Enterprise Cleaning continues to give back to the local community, supporting and donating to agencies such as Devereux School and the American Red Cross, as well as to several local non-profit organizations, schools and athletic teams. Enterprise is proud to contribute at the highest level to the Hanover Theatre as well. "As we continue to grow, we never lose sight of the importance of giving back," says Buchalter.
