HEALTH • Spring 2017 25 JENNA C. HUBACZ has joined the Office of Dr. Ralph S. McCracken Jr., D.D.S. in Holden. A North Brookfield native, Dr. Hubacz is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society, an achievement earned by only the top 12 percent of graduates. After graduating from Tufts, she completed a one-year residency in advanced education in general dentistry at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. There, she was trained in the placement of dental implants, refined her comprehensive dentistry abilities, and taught in the department of clinical prosthodontics. She holds a bachelor's degree from Assumption College. USHA RALLAPALLI has joined Southborough Medical Group's Department of Family Practice in Southborough and is welcoming new patients. Dr. Rallapalli received her medical degree from the Ramaiah Medical College and Teaching Hospital in Bengaluru, India, and completed a residency at Solaris Health Systems in Edison, N.J. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. SETH CURTIS has joined Reliant Medical Group's Department of Family Practice in Leominster. Dr. Curtis is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed a residency at Swedish First Hill Family Medicine in Seattle, Wa. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. MATTHEW D'ERRICO, a resident of Shrewsbury, has joined the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. As the Center's new vice president for information technology, he will oversee its information services functions and serve as chief information security officer. He has over 25 years of information technology experience, most recently as director of community hospital information technology at Lahey Health and director of information technology for Winchester Hospital. He is a graduate of Worcester State University and received his master's of business administration in healthcare management from Assumption College. JEREMY ROSS is now an orthopedic surgeon at UMass Memorial Medical Group. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency program at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in hip preservation and reconstruction at the University of Utah School of Medicine. IQRA JAVEED has joined the endocrinology department at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester and is seeing new patients. She is a graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed a fellowship in endocrinology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Javeed is also board certified in internal medicine and a member of several professional societies, including the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, the American Diabetes Association, and the American Thyroid Association. DR. SARA AKBARI MAHONY, an ophthalmologist, has joined Harrington Physician Services (HPS) and is now seeing patients at 20 Southbridge Road in Charlton. Mahony is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed her residency at the Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. JAMES F.X. KENEALY has joined the Department of Otolaryngology at Reliant Medical Group in Worcester. He joins Reliant from MetroWest Ear Nose & Throat Associates, Inc. He has been in clinical practice for over 25 years and treats diseases of the ears, nose, and throat. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine.
