The donation will help construct the "Rotary of Avon- Canton Building," a brand-new facility that will greatly expand Favarh's offerings to its clients. Favarh provides support services for persons with mental retardation and similar disabilities. WINDHAM HOSPITAL RECEIVES ENERGY INCENTIVES VOLUNTEERS OFFER FREE TAX FILING FOR HARTFORD RESIDENTS ROTARY OF AVON-CANTON TO DONATE $150K FOR NEW FAVARH BUILDING ▶ ▶ Representatives from Environmental Systems Corp. and Eversource Energy recently presented a check to Windham Hospital for the hospital's participation in an energy- efficiency incentive program. The incentive check pays for over $324,000 of the $405,000 of energy upgrades that the hospital recently invested in. ▶ ▶ Greater Hartford's VITA program, sponsored by The Village for Families & Children and United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, recently helped hundreds of residents file their state and federal tax returns.
