He joins Rollstone from Rockland Trust, where he worked as a commercial portfolio manag- er. In his new role, he will develop new commercial business and sustain rela- tionships with the bank's commercial loan customers. He is a 2010 graduate of Quinnipiac University and is active with several business groups, including the Boston and Worcester chambers of com- merce, the Risk Management Association, the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, and the Small Business Association of New England. JESS OYER is now on the advisory board of the Venture Forum in Worcester. Oyer is an attorney at Fletcher Tilton PC. He is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School. During his legal studies, he worked in the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Energy and for U.S. Magistrate Judge Beshouri. After graduation, he worked as a law clerk to the Superior Court in the U.S. Virgin Islands before working at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C. OYER Worcester Credit Union and Quinsigamond Community College have teamed up to provide job and finan- cial literacy training to help the long-term unemployed in the community. The two entities will run a series of workshops funded with a state grant. A budgeting and understanding credit workshop was held on Feb. 14 at the credit union. The Hudson Avidia Financial Center design and construction team attended a recent reception at the new site at 17 Pope St. Gardner's Heywood Healthcare honored James and Asta Kraskouskas, owners of Anthony's Liquor Mart in Gardner, with the Heywood Healthcare Community Health Hero Award, for their constant support of Heywood initiatives, most notably, the Weekend Backpack Food Program, serv- ing 250 third- and fourth-grade students in the Gardner and Athol-Royalston School Districts. Heywood Healthcare also hon- ored Clinical & Support Options Inc., a strong partner of Athol Hospital, with its Collaborator's Award. W W
