Nancy Wyman, Mayor Luke Bronin and Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Catherine Smith for a tour and ribbon cutting of the new Capewell Lofts, a residential complex featuring 72 mixed- income units on the historic Capewell Horse Nail Company property. The site, in Hartford's Sheldon-Charter Oak neighborhood, was vacant for approximately 30 years until CIL purchased it with the vision of creating luxury loft-style apartments.
