JENNIFER LEDOUX is now senior vice president and senior risk and compliance officer at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. She will report to Neil Gordon, chief finan- cial and risk officer, and will play a key role in the bank's com- pliance and risk management activities. Previously, the Central Massachusetts native worked as assistant vice president and compliance officer at Workers Credit Union in Fitchburg, where she had over- sight of all compliance initiatives, includ- ing adherence to the Community Reinvestment Act.
