As part of the award, she named Principal Olga Serebrennikov from MathAltitude School of Mathematics in Worcester as the recipient of an IEEE grant. JESSICA McGARRY has joined the commercial lending division at Country Bank in Ware. McGarry has 17 years of banking experience. She started as a part-time teller and worked her way through the branch system to the commercial credit department, where she learned commercial lending. She joins Country Bank from Webster Five. A Sutton resident, she holds a bache- lor's degree from Nichols College. She was a member of the Leadership Worcester class of 2015-2016 and a 2014 Worcester Business Journal Forty Under 40 honoree.
