Worcester dental office cited for $247K overbilling Webster Square Dental Care, a Worcester dental office, improperly billed patients for about $247,000, the state auditor's office said. The Worcester office, along with Sawan & Sawan in Framingham and another office in Lawrence, allegedly wrongly billed for a type of X-ray, according to the office of State Auditor Suzanne Bump. Webster Square Dental Care improperly billed about 7,700 MassHealth patients, totalling 55 per- cent of the office's billing claims from 2010 to 2015. Anna Maria teams with Illinois college Anna Maria College in Paxton has started a new partnership with an Illinois community college to offer a degree in fire science. Students will complete two years at Elgin Community College in the sub- urbs northwest of Chicago, followed by two years online through Anna Maria. Anna Maria has the first fire science program recognized by the Fire and Emergency Services Higher Education. Marlborough, North Middlesex banks pick new name Marlborough Savings Bank and North Middlesex Savings Bank have a name for their new company post- merger. Meet Main Street Bank. The two banks announced the merg- er in July, and the move will be official April 3. Main Street Bank will have 14 branches and $1 billion in assets. Both banks date back to the 1800s: Marlborough Savings Bank to 1860 and North Middlesex Savings Bank to 1885. The two don't overlap much in geogra- phy: Marlborough's branches span Sudbury to Westborough, and North Middlesex's from Littleton to Lunenburg. Sutton gun shop agrees to close over Glock sales The owner of a Sutton gun dealer- ship has surrendered his license to sell firearms in an agreement with the state Attorney General's Office. Anthony Martinello's business, Martinello Quality Firearms, sold Glock handguns without load indica- tors or magazine safety disconnects as required by state gun regulations, said Attorney General Maura Healey. An attorney general's investigation found transactions from 2014 and 2016 involved illegal Glock handguns. Martinello agreed not to seek a license to sell guns for three years. The shop was located in Martinello's home at 8 Dakin Road in Sutton. W
